Malibu Farmers’ Café is known locally and globally to be a destination spot to eat. With rotating and floating restaurants, you’re never quite sure what you’ll find but you can always count on a surprise and delight to your pallet, once you surrender to the aroma. Vegans and vegetarians are welcome.
- In order to participate in the Malibu Farmers Market as a Prepared Food Vendor, all items must be handmade or created by the vendor applying to the market. To begin the process, please fill out the online Farmers Market Application for General Vendors.
- Upon your acceptance, you will be asked to provide the following:
- A copy of your Seller’s Permit.
- A picture of your products/display.
- A credit card via SQUARE to reserve your space.
- Email a copy of your Insurance Certificate per our Insurance Requirements for all Farmers Vendors, adding Cornucopia Malibu Farmers Market 23519 Civic Center Way Malibu, CA 90265 as additionally insured to: thecornucopiafoundation@gmail.com. We do not provide insurance to our vendors. If you need assistance obtaining insurance you may contact ACT Insurance company. If your documents are not mailed in before the next market, a second penalty fee of $50 will apply and/or you may be suspended from the market.
- To cause less confusion or any misunderstandings, you need to appoint one person to be the representative for your company to have any/and all interaction with The Cornucopia Foundation such as complaints, suggestions, and payment.

- Chef Hats and coats are mandatory for all prepared food vendors. Please see below photos for reference. If your hair is past your ears, a ponytail must be worn in addition to hat. Do not embroider chef hats.
- May need 3 compartment sink (discuss with the Board of Health)
- Fire Extinguisher
- 10X10 White Tent (needs to be fire-resistant) NOTE: You may be asked to use a 5 x 10 ft tent instead
- White awning(buy at California Palms)
- White Backdrop
- If you have a 5 foot tent, you will need a 5X2 Banner with White Background
- If you have ONE 10 foot tent, you will need a 10X2 Banner w/ White Background
- If you have TWO 10 foot tents, you will need a 20X2 Banner w/ White Background
- If you have THREE 10 Foot tents, you will need a 30×2 Banner w/White Background
- Front display tables need to be 8ft long
- Banquet style, hunter green(darkest you can find) tablecloth that hits the floor
- Screen that goes all the way around
- White double breasted chef’s jacket (short sleeves, light weight) and hat of your choice
- 4 Ceramic sample dishes for display
- We will order tent weights for you (mandatory), arriving at 9AM -please be prepared to pay $100 for the weights
