The Cornucopia Foundation and Malibu Chamber of Commerce are joining forces producing a Health and Wellness Fair at the Malibu Farmers’ Market May 7th, 2017.
1. Please fill an application as a special vendor HERE.
2. To reserve your space, please submit your payment of the correct amount (see below) by clicking here .
Please note, that as a Special Event Vendor you are required to have a valid Liability Insurance, The Cornucopia Malibu Farmers’ Market listed as an additional insured. You are required to submit the Insurance Certificate via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Special Event Vendors are to arrive at 8:30AM to set up. You are required to break down your set at 3PM (Please, do not start break-down prior to 3PM). The Farmers’ Market Parking Lot is to be empty by no later than 4:30PM.
